Lauren Berry_Passage of time....

My passage of time is shown through cooking a sweet potato. Although usually an easy process, cooking can take a long time. Something like a potato is not usually the shortest cook time. Actually taking the time to take pictures every step of the way made me realize even more so that this process is not an easy or short one. It was intersting to look at this step by step.
