For this activity, I chose parts of a building that people use every day that we take advantage of in modern times.

The first image is the lock of a door. I chose to photograph it from this angle because it had more detail than the actual deadbolt on the front of the door.
The second image is a shower head. I think everyone can agree that we all take indoor plumbing for granted.

The third image is a light switch. However, instead of photgraphing the switch, I photographed the plate in which it rests against the wall. The invention of the switch is just as modern as the invention of the lightbulb.
