
You've probably heard that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, so I started off with a blueberry yogurt and an apple while rushing off to class. Throughout the day I always have to have a water bottle with me, so I sipped on a large smart. I didn't really have time for lunch so I grabbed a small bag of cheddar chips and carrot sticks (lots of orange, I know). Then for dinner I had a veggie sandwich with lettuce, tomato, and cheese.
My days seem to pass by in a blur, so writing down everything I ate, made me make conscious decisions about what I was eating. I enjoyed the assignment, especially the suggestion to use dark paper and a light crayon.
